Information to bondholders – Information of the Exchange Process (ISIN: NO 001 0833775 and NO 001 833783)

Nordic Trustee AS acts as Bond Trustee for the above mentioned bond issues issued by Floatel International Ltd pursuant to bond terms dated 9 October 2018. (the “1L Bond Terms” and the "2L Bond Terms")

Reference is made to the notices published to bondholders of the 1L Bonds and 2L Bonds on 21 March 2021 informed that the Restructuring is due to be completed and the expected Record Date for the 1L and 2L Exchange is 24 March 2021. Please be informed that the Restructuring is completed and the Record Date for the 1L Exchange and the 2L Exchange is 24 March 2021, thus the Exchange Process will be carried out as set out in the attached notice
