The Nordic Trustee has today at the request of the Company (Issuer of the 2L Bonds) issued a Notice of Written Resolutions in accordance with 2L Bond Terms for the 2L Bondholders to consider an exchange of the 2L Bonds for warrants issued by the Company (or its successor) as part of the financial restructuring of the Company announced in December 2020.
